Message From the head teacher

I love children very much. I cannot help smiling at children no matter which country I am in. The reason is not just because they are cute, but because the moment I see them seems very important when I think of the hopes and possibilities stuffed into those little bodies.
That is why I smile at them thinking,
“I want to see a smile on their faces !”

Kindergarten is their first opportunity to learn about social life. My basis for educational principles can be consolidated into the happiness of children.
Considering that kindergarten is the first opportunity for children to learn about social life,I would like to create a warm and flexible environment and provide comfort in living together.photo

Project activities for learning in childhood Nothing makes me happier than children having an interest or showing enthusiasm about something. Thinking together, teaching each other, experimenting with things... developing an intuitive world full of abundance and hopes by accepting and motivating each other that is where learning in childhood lies.
That is why we provide child-care centered project activities. We study the themes and agendas through. the children's daily lives and develop them into learning in these activities. In 2008, we accepted the challenge to make a color pictorial book, discovery notes, farming, dietary education, and other various themes.
A child seriously consulting about a picture book to concur difficult vegetable cultivation for the first time. A boy proudly announcing his realization to the reversed reflection on each side of a spoon. A girl happy with cooking for the first time and eating a vegetable she did not like. Not just fun because of the results, but we aim for deeper learning by digesting enjoyable activities with comments like “That was fun” and “it was difficult but I was very happy that we managed.”

We cannot do such activities without the support of parents and collaborating with locals and specialists. The teachers and staff of Sakado Azuma Kindergarten, collaborate with parent volunteers, local volunteers, and specialists in the pursuit of our concept, "grow together with each other" through activities.

Because they are so innocent... Though small, we never forget that they all have creditable individUality. We would like to educate them so that every single one of them can realize themselves that they are “growing for the better.” Because they are so innocent, let them learn with real materials, and let us develop solid academic skills. Then, together with children, let's enjoy kindergarten life to fullest!
